About JCI Lead Tropicana
JCI Lead Tropicana (JCILT) was affiliated on 21st September 2015 as one of the local organisation of JCI Malaysia.
It was founded by two accomplished, dedicated and passionate JCI Leaders who believed in the mission and vision of JCI as an important Leadership Development Platform that must be introduced to all young citizens in this territory.
JCI LT is the brain-child of both JCI Sen. Dato' Seri Damien Chua & JCI Sen. Sheena Lim who founded this under the umbrella of JCI United Penang as our 'Sponsored Chapter'The essence behind our name encouraged us to always be" Leading Everyone Achieving Dreams "
